Añadir el azúcar y la sal a la mantequilla y batir hasta que se blanquee.Añadir el huevo y la vainilla.Incorporar progresivamente la mezcla de harina y levadura.Acabar con los trozos de chocolate y avellanas.Mezclar bien y dejar reposar en el frigorífico durante 15 minutos.Poner bolitas de masa sobre una placa cubierta de papel sulfurizado.Hornerar 10 minutos,en horno precalentado a 170ºC.Es tremendamente fácil y rápido,a los niños les encanta,por cierto ya las tengo encargadas para la fiesta de Halloween que organizamos las mamas!</span></span></h2>

<span style="font-size: x-large;">Днес реших да ви предложа тази рецепта,защото е бърза и вече доста пъти се убеждавам,че има голям успех сред деца и възрастни!Разбира се може да се заменят лешниците ,с каквито искате ядки,а шоколада може да е черен или бял!Посвещавам тази рецепта на моята приятелка Илияна от Варна,която страшно много обичам,и вече няколко пъти и диктувам тази рецепта по телефона и тя все я губи,нейните сладки дечица обожават тези бисквитки!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: x-large;">Пресяваме брашното с бакпулвера.Нарязваме на едри парченца шоколада и лешниците.Разбиваме маслото до кремообразност.Прибавяме захарта и солта към маслото и разбиваме до побеляване.Добавяме яйцето и ванилията.Постепенно прибавяме пресятото брашно с бакпулвера и завършваме с парченцата шоколад и лешници.Оставяме да престои в хладилника около 15 минути.Правим топченца от сместа и поставяме в тава за печене върху сладкарска хартия,леко спескваме отгоре с льжица.Печем в затоплена на 170 градуса фурна около 10 минути.Внимавайте с печенето,трябва да са с мека вътрешност.След като ги извадим оставяме напълно да се охладят преди да ги поставим в кутия за бисквити.Божествени са!Опитайте!</span><br />

<span style="color: orange; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">La semana pasada estuve en casa la mejor amiga de mi hija - Magi,que por cierto se lo pasaron super bien jugando juntas tres días....el sábado fue el día de su Santo, y entonces decidimos hacer una fiesta de chicas con tarta y todo incluido!!!Y a Magi le gusto de primera vista esta tarta por su colorido llamativo-la vio en el libro y me dijo que le encanta y quería probarla!Yo pensaba que me va costar mucho tiempo hacerla,pero en una hora estaba todo preparado!Así que apuntar la receta:</span><br />

Repartimos la mezcla por la base del molde de 18 cm. y metemos en la nevera.Mientras preparamos el relleno.Ponemos todos los ingredientes,menos la nata y las mermeladas,en un cazo y calentamos a fuego lento,removiendo para que la mezcla no se pegue y hasta que comience a hervir</span>.<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Retiramos del fuego, en cuanto se haya enfriado,agregamos la nata montada con ayuda de una espátula.Dividimos la crema en cuatro recipientes.Al primero le añadimos la mermelada de frambuesa y el colorante rosa,al segundo,la mermelada de frutas del bosque y el colorante morado,al tercero la esencia de vainilla y el colorante naranja,y al ultimo la ralladura de limón y el colorante amarillo.En el original de la receta se usan unas pastas de frutas que se pueden comprar en tiendas especializadas de repostería,son caras y yo las cambie por mermeladas,lo único necesario son los colorantes en pasta o gel,que son mas económicas .Con colorantes líquidos no se pueden hacer colores tan vivos.Las mermeladas las podéis triturar antes para que no se notan trozos,que a los niños no les gusta.</span></span><br />

<span style="color: orange; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Противоположно на моите очаквания,тортата ми отне един час.Първо тритурирате бисквитите на прах и ги смесвате с разтопеното масло и захар.Разпределяте на дъното на форма за торта с размер 18 см. с леко натискане и оставяте в хладилника да се охлади.През това време си приготвяте парфето.Слагате всички продукти,без сметаната и конфитюрите, в един съд на слаб огън при постоянно разбъркване,докато започне да завира и тогава го махате от котлона.Когато сместа да се охлади,прибавяме внимателно с шпатула,разбитата вече сметана.Разделяме в четири купи еднакво количество от крема.В първата купа прибавяме конфитюра от малини и розовата боя,разбъркваме добре,във втората конфитюра от горски плодове и лилавата боя,в третия ванилията и оранжевата боя и в последната финно настърганата лимонва кора и жълтата боя.Ако желаете преди това можете да тритурирате добре конфитюрите,за да не се усещат парченца при консумацията.Нанасяме малиновата смес върху бисквитеният блат и слагаме във фризера за около 10 минути да стегне,и така повтаряме в следният ред крем горски плодове,отново оставяме да стегне,след това ванилената смес ,пак почивка за стягане във фризера и завършваме с лимоновата,жълта смес.Когато вече сте нанесли всички смеси оставяте в хладилника за поне 6 часа.Аз я направих предният ден,преди сервиране се изважда внимателно от тортената форма. Украсих с хартиени помпони и флагчета и така придоби празничен вид,заедно с буквичката на Маги.</span></div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #444444; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">Si tenéis una manga pastelera y una boquilla de estrella abierta,hacéis unos rosetones de merengue sobre el bizcocho ya untado con la mermelada,queda muy bonito!!!Si no tenéis,se puede hacer con una cuchara alisando el merengue!Al final metéis en horno precalentado en 200º unos 4 minutos hasta que se doren un poquito los merengues!Ta chaaan...parece laborioso,pero no lo es...yo lo hice en unos 40 minutos todo!!!</span><br />

<span style="color: #444444; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">И така,много е лесно и бързо за приготвяне, а в същото време е носталгично напомнящо сладкишите от соца,казвам го с умиление,не ме разбирайте погрешно...тогава имаше киндер пингуи само в Корекома!!!Травми,какво да правиш!!Да не се увличам,затопляме предварително фурната на 180º, всички продукти са на стайна температура и разбира се сме си приготвивли една правоъгълна тавичка 28 на 24 сантиметра,намазнена и с хартия за печене на дъното,за да не залепва!</span><br />
<span style="color: #444444; font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace;">С миксер разбиваме маслото и захарта до пухкавост,след което добавяме един по един жълтъците,и накрая киселото мляко!Когато имаме еднородна смес,добавяме предварително пресятото брашно,заедно с бакпулвера и солта,и разбъркваме на ръка с шпатула,за да не се губи пухкавостта!Изсипваме и печем до готовност!След около 20 минути е готово,вадим от фурната и обръщаме върху друга тава за печене,след като си е починал блата около 4 минути!Оставяме да изстине напълно!След ,което ще намажем с марамалада от ягоди ,или заветния шипков марамалад,ако има такъв!</span><br />

<span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"><span style="color: #444444;"> Много важно да отбележа е,че белтъците трябва да са на стайна температура,в противен случай,няма да стане меренг!Разбиваме на максимална скорост с миксера заедно белтъци и лимонов сок,когато започнат да се вдигат,малко по-малко започваме да сипваме захарта и готово,нашият меренг е готов и красив!Трябва да си призная ,че имам травама с меренга от лоши и ранни кулинарни опити,но вече напълно контролирам ситуацията,още повече имам един помощник,който съм кръстила Рудолф(любимият ми сладкар от канала 24kitchen),това е един кухненски робот подарък от моите родители,който експлоатирам и вече не ми изтръпват ръцете,нито пък има страни смеси по стените на кухнята!!! </span></span><br />
